We covered all the macros. 30% fat, 30% protein, 40% carbs(roughly)
And no, 30% fat didn't gain more weight. It's a myth that fats are unhealthy

2) Designed a workout routine that maximized her overall health
Francesca wanted to improve her endurance.
Feel more Energetic, and Motivated
We focused more on HIIT and zone 2 Cardio
She plays volleyball so we also included plyometrics.
